Processing Time

• During the preorder period, all orders will be shipped between the 23rd and 29th of January. 

 

Shipping Adress

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• If an item is not delivered due to the buyer not providing StudyPuff with an accurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
• StudyPuff is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

 

Returns and Cancellations

• At this time, returns and cancellations are not accepted.
