Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the Site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.

We use the following cookies to optimize your experience on our Site and to provide our services.

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org.

Why join the livestreams?

Join to study together, feel less alone, and turn studying into something more consistent and enjoyable. Whether you are catching up, revising, or working toward a big goal, these sessions help you show up and make real progress. One Pomodoro session at a time.

How it works

Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro technique (50/10) is a simple focus method where you study for 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute break. This helps you stay concentrated, avoid fatigue, and maintain steady productivity over longer study sessions.

How to manage your time

Turn overwhelm into clarity with a simple system that helps you plan, prioritize, and stay consistent.

Understand what study methods do not work

Stop wasting hours on techniques that feel productive but do not stick. Learn what to avoid so every study session counts.

Learn how we learn

Understand how your brain actually processes, stores, and recalls information. Allowing you to work with your brain instead of against it.

How to apply scientific based study methods

Discover proven, research-backed study techniques and how to use them in real life.

How to find your study routine

Build a study routine that actually fits you.

A dedicated community for real support

Get access to a private Discord space exclusively for workshop members. A place for accountability, asking questions, and get continuous support from both the community and us. You won’t be figuring things out alone. You will grow alongside others on the same journey.

Online Workshop

In-person workshop

The in-person workshop covers the same core topics and study principles, but allows for much deeper tailoring to the specific needs of the group. While the foundation stays the same, we adapt examples, exercises, and focus areas based on the students’ field of study and priorities (e.g., group assignments, exam preparation, or writing a thesis).

This format allows for more interaction, questions, and hands-on guidance, helping students apply the strategies directly to their own academic context. Participants receive a workbook (digital or paper) that supports this process and helps them build a personalized, realistic study routine they can continue using long after the workshop.

Pricing depends on factors such as duration, group size, and specific learning objectives. Contact us via the form to discuss your goals and receive a tailored offer.
